I have always been passionate about health and wellness, and fell in love with being active at a very young age. I was always involved in extracurricular sports and activities, but it wasn’t until I got older that I decided to pursue a career in health care.

As a naturopathic doctor, I am excited to work with people towards achieving their health care goals. I am fascinated by the complexity and resilience of the human body and look forward to educating people about health and wellness, while contributing to a community where people can feel comfortable exploring their own health. I have special interests in gut and skin health, hormonal health, endocrine health, and sports medicine. The thing that drew me to naturopathic medicine was that there is a special focus on individualized care. Everyone is different and treatments should reflect that! Dr. Craig graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2000. Two years later, he decided to open up our office in our lovely town, where he was born and raised. He loves the small-town feel here, and enjoys caring for those in Newmarket.

Ben Wenzofsky MEng, RMT, CPT

Ben is a registered massage therapist and a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He’s been active in the fitness industry for more than 10 years and has worked with a wide range of clients and athletes. Ben’s interest in exercise science began as a way to improve his athletic performance and overall health. He has taken specialized courses in adaptive training, kettlebell training, post-rehabilitation, and weightlifting. Always eager to learn and improve his craft, Ben is currently in the final year of study for his Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Therapy, where he is writing his thesis on chronic low back pain. His training knowledge, manual therapy skillset, and engineering background have allowed him to effectively bring clients out of pain and into full health.
